Chief surgeon Dr. Stodůlka has years of experience in an extensive range of eye surgeries – from laser corrections of eye defects to corneal transplant and retina surgery. He is an internationally well-known innovator in eye surgery. Some of the surgeries he performed as the first eye surgeon globally; he first introduced several eye operation methods in the Czech Republic.
He lectures at prestigious international ophthalmic congresses and teaches courses for foreign ophthalmologists. He is the author of numerous publications and scientific articles.
Dr. Stodůlka is a member of the largest European ophthalmological society (ESCRS), a president of the AECOS (European section), the vice-chairman of the Czech Society of Refractive and Cataract Surgery, and a member of the Czech Ophthalmological Society.
In his leisure, he does a lot of sports such as cycling, ski mountaineering, or jet surfing.
