An assessment before refractive surgery (laser correction of diopters, RLE, etc.) is charged at 2,000 CZK / 90 EUR for both eyes. The validity of the assessment is 3 months, after which it is necessary to undergo the examination again for the same fee.
The initial consultation before eyelid surgery costs 1,000 CZK/ 45 EUR. The initial consultation before aesthetic and corrective procedures costs 500 CZK/ 25 EUR. The validity of the consultation is 6 months.
The assessment or consultation fees are not included in the final price of the surgeries.
