Do you have Czech health insurance?
Of course, some procedures in our country are covered by Czech health insurance. These include cataract surgery, retinal surgery, or glaucoma treatment, etc. Unfortunately, no health insurance company pays for laser diopter corrections, RLE, and other procedures, which a patient requires aesthetically rather than from a medicinal point of view – i.e., the conditions do not endanger their health.
At Gemini Eye Clinics in Zlín, Brno, Průhonice, Prague, Ostrava-Bělský Les we have contracts with all the Czech health insurance companies, i.e.,:
Gemini in České Budějovice and Nový Jičín do not have contracts with health insurance company no. 209.
Gemini in Vyškov does not have contracts with health insurance companies no. 209 and no. 213.
Gemini in Liberec does not have contracts with health insurance companies no. 205 and no. 213.
Gemini in Ostrava-Hrušov has a contract with VZP ČR for procedures related to the eye clinic.
We accept payment in cash, which occurs on the day of the operation after the procedure has been performed.
In addition to the Czech crown (CZK), we also accept payments in EUR.
At the Ostrava-Hrušov clinic, we also accept the Polish currency (PLN).
We accept payment by payment card, which occurs on the day of the operation after the procedure has been performed.
Please check the daily/weekly limit for card payments in advance in internet banking or with your bank to avoid possible problems.
Please, ask about the possibility of paying by bank transfer on the day of your preoperative assessment and examination when you are personally at the clinic.
